Buying VCC for Paypal verification

The title says it all. I am buying vcc to verify my Paypal account. I can only pay via Paypal and it has to be less than 7 dollars. If anyone is selling or knows where I can buy one matching my needs, please inform me ASAP.

U can easy get a VCC to verify paypal. but many dont accept paypal payments. they ask Liberty Reserve or Alert pay payment.
i too searched for this before getting a VCC to verify my account. Now i am verified
the reason is that none of the VCC selling sites accepted Paypal payment.
if u want to pay only by paypal it will cost u 15$. if u need it, i will give u the details..
