I have started to save many of my earnings for this christmas season as it is around two months far.But still it is time to plan your expenditure so that you can even plan a trip abroad and still further plan a family holidaying.I have allocated more for clothes and other travel expenditure to spend with my family at one of the finest spots in my country.

I never really have a set budget I try to get my boys everything they want and with my christmas bonus I can usualy accomplish that. I normall spend a no more than 50-60$ on other family members and 15-20 for co workers and other friends.

As we live on a fixed income there really isn't any budget, I start in about September and when I see a bargain I buy it. That is the only way we can have Christmas, but it always gets out of hand in end, as you see more and more things that you want to get for your family and friends. We are all in the general area so we don't have to travel too far to have a family christmas.

My husband is a butcher and he cuts deer during November and early Dec. The money he makes doing this is what we use for our Christmas budget. This is nice because we know he usually makes around $1000 in just a few weeks worth of work.
