Created by suns microsoft.it has a internet oriented design. I find it more stable than other os as it fixed any code path.moreover I can moniter it through remote console also.it is more scalable. as i already told u i prefer it due to its network competence.Security is of high quality including support for IPsec and Kerberos.

I like XP the best. I've never had any trouble with bsods, crashing, locking up or anything with any of the windows from 95 to xp. I think most of the time, the issues come up with people using poorly made software, using out of date drivers or ones not compatible with their os version, or incompatible hardware. And right off the bat XP has better security than 98, simply because it can use NTFS. The one thing I wish xp had was the ability accept more than 10 network connections at once.

I used only three operating systems. They are windows 98, windows xp and linux. Among these three i like windows xp very much. 98 is not advanced and it sometimes crashes, linux is secure but it is not so user friendly, but windows xp is good, user friendly and also having nice speed. it is crash free, vista i have seen but it is slow and uses much resources, also seen and heard about mac os. i heard that mac is having a lot of complaints. So i think windows xp is the best operating system. in linux i used fedora linux. ubundu and redhat also i have seen. those linux os were not good as fedora.

hey pal! You have analyzed enough! Good job.. It is good to know that you have checked so many Operating systems.. I too felt linux to be a little uncomfortable initially. but when i used red hat for my project it was nice.. It needs good system configuration to work efficiently.. Very fine and thanks a lot for replying!!

i was using Windows XP. Last few months, I have started using Ubuntu. I like it very much. I am using ubuntu linux 8.04 (Hardy). I have enballed compiz pack and it GUI is really amazing. Plus i dont have to worry about any other softwares like word, excel, zip, cd writing tools and many other tools which come as inbuilt. One of the very good feature is Synptics. And after enabling compiz its one of the best OS

I'm using Windows XP right now, I think. : ) It's some type of Windows system, maybe Windows 98 or something like that. I know some people that use Mac and Vista also. I don't have any system I like, but then, I always use the same system. I think the local middle school uses Windows XP and the local elementry school uses Windows 98, but I'm not sure, maybe it was the other way around?

I use Xp but i prefer to use vista.Xp is more compatible one than others but Xp has some features like faster response time than vista.Vista is fun to use and contains more user friendly features which make it a next generation usage OS.Mac and redhat lack some special features found in Xp.

I use windowsXP pro it has all the security need i want and most important is that is user friendly, easy to operate unlike other software which can limit how you use it.I once used Vistaxp but only to realise that i have to buy new devices which are supported by it only, thing like printers, scanners etc
