Halloween is Coming

I think that's a great idea...also alot of the local churches around us tend to have Halloween parties for the kids with apple bobbing, candy, games and things. I also wouldn't let kids trick or treat except at relatives house...after all it's not just about razor blades in apples... [b]~~IN SEARCH OF PEACE WITHIN~~ **AGAINST THE STORMS, I WILL STAND STRONG** [/b]

There has been things going on so long that many years ago I stopped taking my kids out and started going to relatives for a party or having one myself. I only have one young enough to go this year so we are going to fix up the house and let her hand out candy and play a scary host.

I have always taken my kids to the local nursing home to trick or treat the candy is donated by local businesses bought from local businesses so the candy is safe. THey do go to our direct neighbors that we know too. I never let them eat anything homemade though or anything unwrapped a little I check their candy out before they eat it. My daughter is also going to a Halloween party at our local YMCA.
