Advice on user pics please!

My user pic is such a pain! I use a small picture from my computer and it doesn't upload into mylot half the time. When it does it only stays in for ten minutes or less. I've tried a bunch of different pictures but nothing sticks. I don't get why it's deleting, any help?

Are you putting it into the right place? Are you using the link at the top of the page that says 'preferences'?
I'm not sure why it wouldn't be working for you, I've not heard of anyone else having trouble.

Yep, everything appears right. I use the preferences link and the whole "browse" button process to locate the picture. I don't know what's wrong.
