Tone Deaf anyone?

Does anyone knew that he/she is tone deaf? How do you describe tone deaf? Is it cureable?

I don’t know if I’m a tone deaf but I feel I am. I’m not sure if I’m a tone deaf as I don’t have knowledge on the matter.
