Site Administrator or Service Provider

As I'm responding a friend's discussion about how she hates having referal links posted as response on her discussions and the outcome of it is deletion of the entire postings. I responded here that the only thing to control this misused of the site depends on the site administrator or the service provider it self. Do you think that the myLot officers can do that, informing the user when they tried to post referal links in a discussion? I know it will be hard, but I know they can reprogram their sytem to blocked unwanted links and present a warning, to personaly erase the link by the user who created it. What do you think, can we address this complaint to myLot service provide? I know they will listen and give us a fair dealings to this matter.
