how can you solve problems that others don't yet know how to solve?

A friend of mine told me that he is having a problem but he told me that other people can't figure out how to solve his problem and he asked me to help him solve his problem but i doubt if i'm gonna be able to help.HOW CAN YOU SOLVE PROBLEM THAT OTHERS DON'T YET KNOW HOW TO SOLVE?

Talk to your friend and look at the problem from differents angles, make suggestions, say what you think, do not tell your friend what to do!. At the end of the day your friend will find the solution to his problem that suit him best . And remmember where there is a problem there is always a solution.

This is all depends on what kind of problem he is having. Sometimes maybe third parties can help more than the ones who are involved in the situation. Maybe you can get a detailed explanation from your friend to figure out what problem he is having. If you are expert in that kind of problem,maybe you can help. Don't ever underestimate yourself. Lol.
