Do You Use Micro Wave Oven on regualar basis for cooking?

In India Micro Wave ovens, if not very new they are not too old too! Few years have passed since the arrival of Microwave ovens in the market! Though many urban households they do have Micro wave ovens with them but I think mostly it is not being used on regular basis! Like many others my wife too was not very keen in using this appliance till the recent time.In fact she went to her mothers place I had to stay along with my son at my place and this was the time when we have started using microwave for or cooking. After making the trial and error for two days we have standardised the proceedure for cooking Rice and pulses and there after we have used Microwave oven on regular basis .We used to have nicely cooked rice and pulses in the stipulated time and we were put out of trouble of washing too many utensils! When my wife came back from her mother's place we explained our styandardaised procedure to her and there after she also aquired interest in the Micro wave cooking and now we are using the appliance for regular cooking, other wise the oven was just used to heat the foods kept in refrigerator! How about you,Do you use the Microwave oven on regular basis for cooking? Please respond! Thanks!
