How gracefully will you age?

Hi friends,We all grow old with time..with it comes the signature of time on our physical and mental aspect that we are growing old..When I was a kid I loved the fact that I will be BIG one day and blah blah..But now when I look forward I feel scared to face the fact that one day I will be weak and fragile again like a kid and may have to depend on others for survival
..When I said this to my grandmom she said me that she had never covered or hidden her grey hair or her wrinles cause according to her they were proof to people around her that she is a little more experienced and knowledgable than them
...She is one woman who has faced her old life as a treat and has aged gracefully
..Do you think you will be able to age gracefuly..Are you afraid of thinking about your old age...Did/will you try to hide your wrinkles or grey hair..

Growing old is a natural and irreversible process that every living being is to experience it as an integral part of her/his life. It is a natural law that whoever is born is to pass through this stage and die one day. There is no point of feeling worried or bad for something on which we have no control, which is unavoidable. We have to gracefully accept and experience it.I do prefer to stay positive and blissful,no matter what life brings for me at any stage of my life.After all, our physical body and mind is only short lived just as a bubble in the water,but our true self-the divine soul is immortal. Thanks.

Its our soul or rather thinking which represents soul to me is the one that is important and not the look or physical appearance
