I'm a firm believer in Monster.com. I didn't think I would be able to find a job in my field (IT), but someone found my resume on Monster.com and I now have a great job. I say just don't give up.

Keep looking eventually something will come to you. I am in the same boat. I have a degree, I have experience. But yet not even the gas stations will hire me... they tell me that I am too qualified! What a crock! A job is a job at some point in life!Good Luck to those who are looking!

This is a quite interesting fact for dicussion. These Days its very difficult for posting right men for right job.not only employees faces this hurdle but also the are facing the similar hazard.i opine the solution to this would be making compatiable ,presentable to be competent in this competetive world.

Hi navinshan. I'm sorry that you are having trouble finding a job in your profession. You might take a job in the same field and work your way to where you want to be. You could also try: www.randpolys.com/p.php?id=1237. Check it out and see what you think. Good Luck

Unfortunatly, this is something that occurs in every country, which is why in the uk, the government runs several free colleges in order to help people expand their knowledge and gain another trade. which I feel is a good idea.

There's always McDonalds. They will hire anyone, even if you are retarded, homeless, or nasty stinkin'. There is really no excuse to not have a job. Although if even McD's won't take your sorry behind then apply for welfare.

Get a job in another industry. A job is a job. Just keep and eye open for the right opportunity in your own industry, and don't have too much pride to to do something that offers less prestige than you're used to.
