your fave food during fiestas

it's fiesta here in our town.so,i thought of this topic.what's your favorite food during fiestas? mine would be the sinful lechon.i think it's become a staple food during these times.fiestas wouldn't be complete without lechon.how bout you my fellow mylotters?

Definitely the lechon! I love fiestas. It doesn't happen often anyway so I indulge. Hahaha. I get to eat what I want and crave. During fiestas, I just forget dieting altogether. Where is you place by the way? You might want to invite us over. ;D

dieting? we filipinos forget that word during fiestas,don't we? lolz! fiestas aren't that often so i agree with you that it's in a way a sort of indulgence.happy mylotting!

Who don't like lechon? I always have them everytime there's a festival but it's quite expensive lolz. Filipino spaghetti and lumpia and of course the desserts which is the first thing im going to eat. Happy posting.

You are 100 % correct! hhhmmm that crunchy and tasty cardiac delight! love it. A fiesta meal will never be complete without the lechon. It is alos good to add the dinuguan and maybe the lechon manak and the fried pig ribs... hhhhmmmmm.. and of course, don't forget the desserts like buko salad, ice box cake, and mango float..
