I received a Halloween Phontom Basket this weekend. I have never heard of such a thing, here is what the note attached to the basket said (this would so much easier if I could paste): The Phantom has been here The Phantom has been here with a treat just for you. He crept to your door in a fog misty blue. This isn't a trick, this treat isn't for free, Now its your turn and the Phantom you'll be! The Phantom loves treats and also loves rhymes. visit www.halloweenphantom.com To reprint this TWO times. So he won't strike again, hang this on your window or door. Take this and a treat and deliver TWO more To a neighbor or friend in the black of the night. Pound on their door, and giv'em a fright. Then by Halloween night, there surely should be Phantoms on all the doors that we see. Happy Halloween! Have you ever seen this before? Have you participated?

My kids thought it sounded like a lot of fun. That is why I was considering it. My husband is afraid that we are going to upset people.

Candy for the kids, orange candles for me and some Halloween decorations. I was a really nice basket. Just stuff from the dollar store, but I thought it was really cool too, I wonder how many of my neighbors will participate?

I've never heard of this before, but I'm going to go have a look at the website. Sounds like it would be something fun to start in my own neighborhood. Who knows, thanks to this post, the Phantom may be striking all over the world soon! LOL

Disregard the last question. I hadn't read the previous comments before posting. I think it sounds like fun...tell Mr. Bytemi to live a little! LOL

Gonna do this tomorrow night on my home from work, already picked out my "victims". Sounds like great fun to me. Never heard of it but hopefully it'll pick up speed and become a regular thing.

I am so glad that I am not the only adult that feels that way. I am really excited about it.
