Is your handwriting readable?

I have noticed that my handwriting has deteriorated a bit since I have been lazy typing all my documents for the past years with the introduction of computers and word processors. Is your handwriting readable?

My handwriting is very nice and legible, ronaldinu, because I practiced so much when I was growing up. I believe anyone can improve the quality of their handwriting if they apply themselves.

I have really a nice handwriting and everyone I know will really appreciate and love it but I also observed this time that it has some changes, LOL! I am not very comfortable writing and I cannot write nice anymore all throughout! LOL! Effect of being dependent to PC! LOL! I am trying to enhance it by writing anything when I have nothing to do!

Pretty much so... and I hate it when someone approaches me to say, can you write this for me because you have better handwriting? Ayyy! But I don't get to write as often now precisely because of computers and word processors. It's become the norm to have everything printed and it is convenient, so most of my work is done this way. However, I do take dictation and have to jot down a lot of things so I do resort to handwriting. And it helps a lot that it is legible.

My handwriting used to be very readable, but these days it is getting more and more like a scribble. I really should sit down and practice writing slower, but have yet to find the time to do that LOL.

Ever since I was a child, I was teased by teachers and classmates about my handwriting, because they said my manuscript handwriting looked like Japanese even though it was in English. I still use that same handwriting today.

My handwriting is readable, but it does not come as easy as it once used to! Too much typing I guess! Adding numbers up are also a bit rusty, as I prefer to use a calculator!

Hi ronaldinu, I always prefer to type more than to write with my own hand. I’m not patient enough to write neatly and slowly especially when needs a lot of writing. The initial writing still clear and neat but alas! My handwriting would become worse and worse after writing for some times. It’s really annoying to look at them to appear so untidy and messy. Thanks God for the great invention of computer and the keyboard as well. Nowadays I don’t have to worry much about my handwriting anymore. What I still do with my handwriting only is the time to drop my cursive and stylish signature after purchasing with the credit card. posting and have a wonderful day.

I have always had good neat legible handwritting. However my son is just the opposite. One has to be really smart to decipher what he has written, lol. No, not that bad, but I would call it BAD in capital letters.

My handwriting has become so bad that sometimes I can't even decipher what I've written. That's why I prefer using computers.

Hey ronaldinu, I have terrible handwriting. I have always had almost illegible handwriting. I don't know how I was able to get out of school with the handwriting that I have. Sometimes I can't even read it myself. I don't know why they didn't push me to try harder to fix it when I was being taught penmanship because now it is so very difficult for anyone to read. I know that when I was in school it was bad, but maybe it wasn't as bad as it is now. My Mother has terrible handwriting too, but my Father had beautiful handwriting and could write well with either hand. So I just don't know what happened to me! I wish I wasn't so old because I would surely like to try to fix it so that at least I would be able to read it!

all depends on what i'm doing really if i'm writing note for me often i use abbreviations or shorthand and i write scrawly if i'm writing on the board for a meeting a message that someone will see then i write neat and rounded. My old boss used to get me to update the board with targets etc every month so i presume my handwriting is neater than most.

Most people would not be able to read my handwriting. I write something very quickly and most of the time, they are for my own reading and references. However, a few of my colleagues who have work with me for years are able to read my handwriting and I found that to be amazing especially sometimes, I, myself, was unable to read my own handwriting and I had to ask them to read it for me. That's why if I need to leave a note for someone, I would write slowly and I write my letters big enough so that they are readable by all. Cheers!

Hello my friend... Well... My handwriting is readable but it's not well... all that great. I can also do calligraphy and I guess that's better than my normal writing. Lol.

It is readable, but definitely messy. ;) I am so lazy, I just type everything! ;) The computers are a wonderful invention for sure! :)

I've been told I have beautiful handwriting. When I'm taking notes, however, my handwriting is barely readable, as I write quickly and use my own form of shorthand. I think it does have to do with not relying on the computer keyboard so much. When I write a story or article, I always do it longhand first. I recently gave one of my son's a birthday card. At first he thought it was from his grandfather. My dad learned to write many years ago when penmanship was important. He had beautiful handwriting. My son told me mine looks just like his. My sisters' handwriting is very different from mine and sloppy.

Yes, it is very readable. I have been told by many people that I have a very pretty handwriting. I think that it is very nice to read. And I try to write neat where others can read what I am writing. But, sometimes, when I am very nervous, I tend to write very sloppy like. But, others seem to think not so. But there are times that I prefer to type than write.. That way, I won't get agitated or freaked out all of a sudden..
