Do you always have fruits and vegetables included in your meals?

I love fruits and vegetables. I could eat with vegetables only without craving for meat or fish. Vegetables is what makes me healthy. I eat vegetables everyday and have a piece of banana or a slice of apple after meal. On weekends I make sure I make soup from vegetables and fish. I seldom eat chicken and I never eat pork.
Fruits and vegetables are always a part of my diet and I can't go without them. I believe that I am healthy because I follow a strict diet. Plenty of water combined with fruits and vegetables makes me strong as I go about a busy day everyday.

that is a good diet practice.
we in India find it difficult how people can go without vegetables, as they are the big part in our country.
Water is the best fluid in the whole world.
fruits are full of antioxidants. so they are good.
Vegetables provide fibres that are stool softeners, so they are recommended.
well the one thing I think you should add to your diet is 'Milk'. The second best fluid in the world.
