Leaves are changing

Red Leaf - A plant with one red leaf

Its about time for the leaves to change.. sorry, but i'm one of those that would much rather have fall year around than summer or any other season... Anyway, I was walking in a local park and took a picture of a plant that had only 1 red leaf. i thought it was pretty cool.. a rebel leaf!! i would like your opnions on it!! Have a great evening!

I live so far south that the leaves don't change at all! That is one thing I miss about North Carolina, there were actually seasons!

yeah, NC is nice! i do miss the "pasta bowl" leaves of the Hudson Valley in NY. I tell you, the way those leaves changed it looked just like that tri-colored noodles that you can get in the store!! i miss that!!!

That is a very clear pic, I too love the time of the year when the leave change colour, its a great time to take photos and so much better than the hot summer, a great to to go around taking photos.

That's cool. I like fall too. I love summer more, but there's this special charm about fall. I think it's cause it's almost time for Halloween, with Thanksgiving right on it's tail. Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday.

Haha. I grew up in Southern California... so it was always a full year of summer! Now I live in North Carolina where we get a whole range of seasons. Honestly, I like both. As a photographer, I enjoy having different scenery year round to photograph. But at the same time, when it's 70 degrees year round it's a lot easier to go out and shoot! I hate going out in 100 degree weather in the summer to shoot, or 30 degree weather in the winter to shoot! So I guess I get more of a variety of photos with the changing seasons, but I'm more motivated to take more photos when there's beautiful weather year round... even if it is all the same!
