Special Ed. Tutor Teacher

I am a recently retired Special ed. teacher still passionate about teaching (just not in our jacked-up school system). I would like to offer a variety tutoring classes/lessons to adults and children in the neighborhoods. I'm just not sure how to get started. Can you help?
