Cereal (mainly Cheerios and Special K) on weekdays, pancakes on weekends (mainly because that's when I have the time to make them from scratch).

Depends on my mood. Today I had cereal, toast is pretty good depending on the type of bread and pancakes sound delicious now. Pancakes are more of a hassle than the other two though.
