Christmas is fast approaching. And during Ber months many children and some other groups are knocking in our door and singing some Christmas carols. My aunt became busy during this days she packs some old clothes and toys that she wanted to give to those who are going to our house and sing some carols. She often give these things than giving some money because she said that maybe they can mishandled the money while these things she can be sure that it is useful for them.
Christmas is for children for her and it symbolize the time to be kind to share your blessing to others and show that you are a human having a heart, soul, and ofcourse emotions are present.
How about you? Do you give something for them?
Have a nice day!

Instead of money, sometimes, I have a collection of old clothes and I usually give these clothes instead.
During christmas night, I would give them food instead.

I remember many CChristmases back when I join my neighbors singing Christmas carols in the neighborhood. we always sing with all our hearts and really finish the song. Our neighbors would give us kids money and candies and sometimes we were invited to eat snacks.
For many Christmases now, there are many carolers those with envelops or who request in advance that they will sing for fund raising, etc, we give them some amount as a donation.
Those children who sing just a few lines, I don't give money, I give candies and some would murmur bad words. But those children who really sing even with wrong lyrics but they enjoy what they are doing, I give money and candies too.
There was also a time when children were singing wiht all the wrog lyrics that my mom let them inside the house and taught them the right lyrics and how to sing and if they can make it right they can come back again. And they did come back and they remembered what they have been taught.

I haven't had anyone come caroling before, to be honest. I've done it a few times myself and loved it. If I did have carolers come to the door, I'd hand out fistfuls of candy. We always have plenty (especially at the holidays) and cookies, if they'd take them.

Hi there again! Your aunt has a nice way of assuring that her gift will benefit the kids. That's very nice. Of course we give to children. But, we give money unlike your aunt. We don't have time to pack some clothes or something you know.
