Have you ever met anyone famous, an actor, musician, sports star. What was the circumstances of meeting this person, and how did you react when you met them?

My hubby met Alice Cooper at a Men's Baseball league game in Bay City, MI. He has some cool pics. I'm 99% sure I met Leonardo DiCaprio in Detroit at a bar I worked in. I didn't ask. I didn't want to be a pest. He was fun to wait on and complimented me on my nice backside, that was enough tip for me.

Humm lets see, a good friend of mine is the keyboardist for Lenny Kravitz, I bowled once with Scott Arneil from the Wpg jets) at a charity event, had a drink with Wayne gretzky in a bar once, chatted with Barry Beck, Sold clothes to Dale Hawerchuck and his wife, and had my picture taken with Michael Jordan. Played it coool the whole time with all of them. All a great bunch of people!

Very cool. I've never been one to get all goofy at the thought of being in a celebrity's presence.

My dad sat beside Dennis Quaid on the airplane for a number of hours and cahtted the hwole time to him about common everyday things it was really neat....my dad didn't seem to care who he was just enjoyed a normal everyday conversation with a passenger seated next to him. Mr. Quaid was very gracious and seemed to appreciate my dad not making any deal about it! Also my Aunt and Uncle were great friends with the late actor/dancer Gene Kelly.

I've met a couple of musicians, mostly while waiting in line for their shows. They always seem smaller in real life, it's an odd feeling. At first, I used to just stand around and smile like an idiot because I was afraid of saying something stupid (like, "canIhaveyourautographPLEASE?!!") but then I got more used to meeting more or less famous people and I've had some interesting conversations with them. I've never asked anyone for an autograph though. It feels way too awkward and fan-girlish.
