Got my taxreturn tonight. Yup. They refuse to correct theri previous error, and the result is I end up paying 10.000 + dollars too much in taxes for the last three years. And I know I am right. No question about it. They must not have read the case file. I still have hope they will change their minds - but they let go of their second chance to correct it today. I am so tired of having to appeal and complain about everything. nothing seems to go my way without me having to call and write and make a fuss about everything. has this ever happened to you? have you known you are right and still cannot win?

Tax return is good news. When the government collects too much then they should return it pronto. The problem is they might be too quick to collect but too slow to return. No one wants to be mistaken or in error and called about it. Cheers!!
