Who will be the next Captain for Indian Test Team?

Hi friends, who do you think will be come the next captain for Indian Test Cricket Team. Either Dhoni or Virendra Sehwag.

As thinks are going on I feel Dhoni might take the reigns of Indian Test team in future. Sachin, Rahul, Ganguly and Kumble, who are suppose to be seniors in the team would not play long for India. So it inevitable that the captains goes to Dhoni. I feel he is still not mature to captain India in Tests but its inevitable as there are no other senior players. Shewag is not consistant in test cricket, so I doubt captaincy will go to him. What are your opinions.

Yes you are correct. I also feel the same thing. Dhoni still not mature enough to take on the test cricket captaincy as one day and 20/20 are entirely different. I doubt that if the selectors are positive enough they will definitely think about the sehwag factor. Because test cricket is all about 5 days. One man to keep wickets, bat, captain is extremely difficult so in that sense the obvious choice will be sehwag as he previously lead Indian Test Team.

I think MS Dhoni will become india's next test team captain he has all capabilities of being a cool headed captain. Though he is not much experienced in test cricket, but he has been already captain for team India in One dayers and also twenty-twenty. Besides, there does not seem much options.

well..its gonna be M.S.Dhoni for sure.. as the fab four comprising of Saurav , Sachin , Dravid and Ganguly are all nearing the end of their career (with ganguly retiring after this test series against Australia).. its all makes sense to appoint Dhoni as Captain and i believe its better to have one personas captain for both one days and test teams.. as Dhoni is already ODI captain i believe he shld be made test captain too ..

for sure it will be dhoni because he captained in the last series when kumble didn't play in the test match. besides dhoni being the odi captain will get be preferred anything . hope that india wins the second test . best of luck team india
