Working Alone or as a Group????

i prefer to work alone, if i know my work so well, but if i don't, i would rather work with a group. what i don't like if working in a group, is you got to have a lot of patience especially on adjusting to different characters/personalities of each member. there is one that is not cooperative, the other would be so dominating and many other behaviors to consider. unlike on working alone, if you fail, you can blame it to yourself alone, and if it works well, the credit is yours alone too..

i prefer working alone if the tasks are easy and needs other people if there are lots of loads.

it actually depends on what we or im working on.. if its about school, i do prefer doing it alone..but it depends, again, if my group mates would like a good grade like i do..(most of the time, the group that i get in to is a fan of lazing around..hehe) but when its really working, real work..may it be corporate or in the academe, i really do prefer working in a group..a big group.. believe me when i say that it could get pretty depressing when you're by your lonesome.. good post vidhyavini.. :)

It depends on your work, if you spend most of your time looking at the computer screen then you obviously be working.I like working alone because i can focus well when alone but if i need help i would aways turn my my collegues for some help but i prefer to be alone cause i like working on computers
