I think it's that man I read about who wants to be a tiger so bad, he had his body tatooed to look like one and even had a tail surgically attached and big, long accrillic whiskers surgically implanted AND he had his upper lip split in half up to his nose! What a sicko! Cool picture though!!

It looks like that cat guy in the woods of England. Atleast I think that is where is lives. He got tattoos and wisker implants. He even got his teeth filed to be fangs. I saw it on a Discovery channel show one time. They also showed the lizard man and a cat man.
