are you happy with it or you wanna gain or loose more? im currently weighing 55 pounds and i wanna loose a lil more.

Are you sure you don't mean you're 55 kilograms? I want to lose 6 pounds. I gained 8 over the summer and already lost 2. Those other 6 have to go. After that, I might need to still lose more but I'll think about that when it comes.

Do you mean 155 pounds, if you only weigh 55 pounds you only skin and bones. I weigh 180 and I'm 5"10. I'm about 15 pounds overweight.

I eat healthy and do some exercises but it seems nothing is dropping off. does anyone want to tell me the best way to loose weight and the best exercises and fast !!!

I hope that you don't really weight 55 pounds...first of all. Second, I have more weight to loose and am looking forward to better days with a skinnier me.

Right now, I think I'm about 48 kilos. I just got back from a trip to Thailand and I'm still in the "eat everything I see stage." My ideal weight is 46 kilos, but my mom insists that I'm too thin and want me to be 48 kilos, so we agreed at 47 kilos. I'd really like to get back to 47 Kilos, but it's not really my top priority right now.

i have the same weight as yours. i am 55 pounds and i want to lose more weight. they say, your weight will also depend on your height. i am 5 and 3 inches tall, and i think my weight is proportion to my height. how about you?

My current weight is 40kgs. I am 5'3" so I really look chunky. I hated how my thighs look because it is not proportion to the rest of my body. Anyways, i am trying to loose weight now and I have been exercising vigorously for three weeks now and I still haven't seen any improvements. I wonder why? I have been eating less too, so I really don't understand why I am not loosing any. Can anyone share some tips? Thanksie!! :D

I am never happy with my weight. I would love to drop another 10 pounds and then maybe I will be happy with my weight for a while. If you only weight 55 pounds, you should be gianing weight! My 8 yr old weighs more than that!

I definitely want to lose some weight. well actually quite a bit. I need to lose about 35 pounds to put me at normal for my height and age. I try to eat pretty sensibly but lack in the excercise department. It is hard to get motivated most days. I know I just have to start and continue for a couple of weeks and I will be on the right track and it will become habit to excercise at least 4 to 5 days per week. Do you currently weigh 55 pounds and trying to lose more?????????? Is that correct?????

i found that i unluky gain weight these days . maybe in winter people are more easil to gain weight. because the cold weather makes people want to eat more hot food and not willing to exercise at all. whats more , the loose clothes hide the change of weight. but for the coming spring , id better eat less thses days and keep exercising.

for the past weeks, i've been eating too much and now i gained a lot of weight. i wanna lose weight coz being fat isnt good for my health, since i have an asthma, i get tired easily. and aside from that, it'll make me look better, if i would lose weight. :)
