Gas for $2.88

This is an aggervating subject for me because I live in Tennesse and our gas is still at 3.45 But for the past 2 weeks my sister has called me she lives in Kansas and there gas is at 2.45 it really aggervates me we are paying a dollar more than some places I undersdtand that Tennesse gas stations suffred a huge loss with the hurricane because we were so short on gas going days with out any mainly because people freaked out like it was the end of the world and it was just gas anyways I know they may want to catch up the money they lost but come on a dollar more than some places and people say the south is cheaper well not in this case

Yesterday I went by two gas stations that are the lowest price on gas I've seen around here so far. One was $2.29 and the other was $2.34. I was relieved to see it had gone down. I can't believe it was just ten years ago when I could fill up for 76 cents a gallon. I had to go a little out of my way to get it that cheap, but even just in my area it was still only about 85 cents a gallon. Oh how I long for yesterday, lol.

I noticed the same thing yesterday when I went to the pumps. I filled up for like $38. I almost started shouting...I don't remember the last time I filled my SUV for less than $40. I has generally been costing me closer to $50. I wish it would go down about another dollar per gallon, but I don't think that will ever happen.
