Do know Science training programs for free?

Guys, or readers..Do you know any programs that accepts young people who would like study good and advance science and work for them although we have some difficulties in our grades or something. Coz really...my school is so boring, were hundred decades trap in renaissance technology!..not really but i hate it that way, look, other countries have experiments and other research etc's. I don't want to be very PASSIVE just like the others here in my place doing nothing and waiting for something to come, I want to explore more and further! Please i need some training program of some advance science and physics stuff, if it would take that i MUST work for them foever then I would!
