Balanced diet

Do you feel its must to have balanced diet which is inclusive of fiber, vegetables,carbohydrates, milk and minerals?how you balance it?Have you tried GM diet for weight reduction?I have come across many following this and got good amount of weight loss.

I have my own diet for weight reduction... but my parents always told me that it's not really healthy than a normal diet... I ran some blood test a while ago, and the report showed that I have every single mineral needed for my body, very sufficient... except for phosphorus... I should drink more water...

I never tried GM diet for weight reduction.I think that for good health balance diet is very necessary.I also feel that it is very difficult to manage it. And for weight reduction do regular exercise, have morning walk.

Never heard of GM for a diet or weigh reduction. Yes we need a balanced diet and this is not always easy when you have a large family to feed on a low income budget. A lot of the healthy foods one needs are expensive anymore and so feeding a large family on a small income can be quite challenging to make it a healthy balanced diet. It takes a lot of meal planning to do this and stretch the food to last, be ample and yet healthy.

Thank you for your reply, it is GM diet programme which redcues weight over period of time by taking diff. food from week to week basis.very soon I will give you teh details of the same.
