Women have had access to oestrogen replacement therapy for many years now and it is often prescribed like aspiring for women over 40 to prevent or mitigate the worse effects of menopause. Has it worked for you? How long have you been on it? Do you have any extra medical checks or is it simply handed out like aspirin?
And any men out there - are you suffering from the male equivalent - the andropause? Have you noticed any loss of drive/libido/night sweats/hot flushes? Have you had them checked out? Do you have low levels of testosterone and could you benefit from HRT?
I have been using HRT (or moe accurately Testosterone Replacement therapy) for 5 years and I am really enjoying the benefits. How about you?
