Alertpay has Suspended My Account

account suspended alertpay - alertpay have suspended my account

I tried to log in to alertpay to check my verification status but found out that they had suspended my account. I honestly do not know the reason why as i never violate terms so if there is anyone with similar experience or who knows what it might be help me out. Any help will be greatly appreciated

Sorry, don't know what the reason might be but I find it kind of disturbing if you got suspended so easily without reason, hope you will work it out with them. Do you have a lot of activity on your account like small payments to your referrals etc?

I haven't had more than 15 transactions this month so i don't know why they have done it but its absolutely wierd because i did not even receive notification

Maybe it's like maria_k said than someone is trying to mess around with your account so they froze it or some transaction is causing trouble but I dunno.

i am currently waiting their side of the story after contacting them, i hope it doesn't take long though, i need the account

May be they suspected someone is stealing your money. It happened to me one time with paypal. I believe it'll be resolved. Wait for the reply from alertpay or you can all them

I will try contacting them as well, lets hope they have friendly support like paypal. I think someone could have been messing around with it. Have a nice day and happy mylotting
