i am not familiar with caprese grilled cheese. can you please tell me more about it cause i love grilled cheese sandwiches and i'd love to try one of those caprese. thanks fellow lotter! :)

HI maroseqf, it's like a caprese salad on bread - tomato, basil and mozz. cheese. But instead of basil you could add pesto - I saw a recipe for it on Food Network... Tyler Florence made it with some chicken soup. Mmmmmm!

Hmmm... Now I'm curious as to what's in a caprese grilled cheese sandwich. 
I love sandwiches especially if there's cheese. There's one coffee shop that makes a Four Cheese-cheese sandwich. Yum. And It's really really good. they use a special bread that they make and I'm not sure what types of cheese they put but the combination is really yummy.

I saw it on Food Network ... hottie Tyler Florence made one. Crusty bread with pesto and tomato with fresh mozzeralla... hmm I think I spelled that wrong. I tried it without pesto but added just basil .... mmmmmmmmm! I wish cheese was it's own food group *sigh*
