I believe that our mealtimes are the best bonding time.. We have a long leisurely meal and talk, joke, and laugh at and with each other.. We have some of our best times during our meals.. It is a great time to bond with family and friends.. Everyone should have meals with family, it is a great time to discuss anything that is bothering you also.. A lot can be worked out during the meal..

some of the best bonding times that I have had with my family has been when we played games. There were times when we just played board games and card games all night. Other times is like the family reunion when we just spend time sitting around and talking about many different things. It's a great time and so relaxing.
