Yes most of these are good for you, but as for the crab, shellfish and mussels, I would have to say, that is something we need to stay away from..These are bottem eaters and not good for you..Seafood that is good are fish with fins and scales, all others are considered unclean because how they live..For example, salmon, tuna and halibut.

Yes, my husband would be one to disagree, but if you were to look at what these animals eat, yuck, and then you consume that..For example, pork..My husband says that the way they feed pigs today, pork is leaner, but that isn't the point..They are still garbage eaters and pigs have no way to expell sweat, which means any toxins they get a hold of, will go into the meat..

I ate part of an avacado on a sandwich yesterday, so I'm doing good there. I love mangoes when I can afford them, likewise with canteloupe. Tomatoes are yummy, and spinach salad is good too. I like to season things with onions on the right occasion, and I really wish I could afford some seafood!

I do not think that you have to eat each of these foods daily,. just get several of them a week. Yes, seafood costs a lot!

This certainly is a long, great list of healthy foods. I enjoy a lot of these foods and like to give my family plenty of them for meals. I am not to keen on shellfish, but I do like fish it's self. Vegetables are my favourites, with Broccoli and Cauliflower being my favourite and the most often consumed by me.
