75% clearance sale, I know this sale is common to JC's but while all these stores like Banana Republic, Ann Taylors, and mall stores are trying to fill low sales with sales like 65-75% off I still do not see any use going there. Dont get me wrong but I still cannot afford it (If I did shop here, I wouldn't have enough to buy my childrens clothes). I talked to one of the cashiers at JC Penneys and she said they plan on bringing on this sale AGAIN by the end of the week and it just ended yesterday. I can't wait, finally M-ommy will get to buy herself some clothes. What stores do you see as reliable for catching REAL sales?

I was excited to see the penny's sale, I just went this week and got some winter clothes for my sons to wear. It is not often that they have thins big of a sale so I had to take full advantage of it.

dont forget your coupons I love that when you get up to the register and you end up with more money than you expected because of coupons and not everything's price is reflected until you get up to the register. Sometimes they come off even less than you expected or the sign shows.

Jcpenney is always have some sort of sale every weekend. I think they raise the price on the clothes up and then say they are on sale for a percentage off but really they aren't cause they marked them up in the frist place. Stores use tactics like that all the time. I can't afford to buy myself new clothes right now I have two kids both on school who need the clothes worse than I do.

i know what your talking about and those markups are obvious but right now you can get a 15% off coupon with purchases for taking a short survey and I have been using those. I found some nice Ralph Lauren slacks for 6.97! I think you have to get there early though, the doorbuster sale started 3pm I got to the store at 4pm

wow, what a great news to shoppers! This is really a time to get favourites goods with much much cheaper price than usual. Anyhow, need to plan carefully though. The economy is not good now, so you might want to have a checklist and work out a budget before going there. Don't be regret after shopping. :)
