How about you guys, are you still an active Friendster member ever since you got into mylot?

I have a friendster account for two years. I am used to logging-in to friendster every time I face the computer. I updated daily, sent messages, comments and testimonials to my friends and uploaded photos. I was even fond of changing my profile layout before and check on other new features. Now that I am here in mylot, I still log-in to friendster. When I log-in to mylot, I also log-in to friendster, but only to play my favorite music playlist in the media box. That's it. For many months now, I have not sent any comments and testimonials to my friends (how bad of me) and never uploaded new photos. I just listen to the music. Now, I'm thinking of sending comments and testimonials to my friends this weekend. I missed the days when I was so into friendster. You reminded me... Have a nice day joie!

I have not even heard of friendster. Is it a paying site like mylot? WHat do you do on friendster? How long has the site been in existence?

I have had my friendster account for four years now... but i am not really into it... i only upload pictures when i feel like it... and i only open my account when i receive a new message or a friend's request... but i like that site because it keeps friends and family connected... so i even if i am not that active... i don't think i would close down my account...

I usually open my friendster account once a week just to check messages. Sometimes i dont even log in anymore. It's not as interesting anymore as it used to be. I only use it to post my various online income sites so that if there are people who are interested to join they can because my referral links are displayed there. I also use friendster to get in touch with my friends who are abroad.

Well... I was no longer active in friendster after I got my account hacked long time ago and I have become not active in any social network else than Yuwie (because it is paying) when I came to mylot. And since myLot paid me bigger than Yuwie does, I left yuwie and only came here in myLot. But I understand the problem here. I think it is not because of the payment, make you forget about friendster little by little, but it was because here in myLot it was so much more entertaining. You are not only able to make friends, but you actually make an interaction with people. The real interaction where you can always make some discussion and response.

just like you, i am hardly logged in to friendster.. well, i would still log in there check if i have new comments and messages, check who viewed my profile, but i just spend 15 minutes there.. and spend the rest of my spare time mylotting or with my other money making sites.. i make sure i have responded 50 discussions here though..since responding to 50 discussions helpr me earn 1 dollar a day!hehehe

I have a Friendster account but I almost never go there. Other than MyLot, I am mainly active on Yuwie and Multiply. But I have accounts on practically every social site on the planet. lol

I still visit my friendster account everyday. Although I spend more time in mylot I still don't missed checking if I got messages, people viewed me, friends update and posts in bulletin. Friendster doesn't really require too much time so it is fine. I check it time to time while I am in mylot. It is a matter of time management...naks!! hahaha.

honestly, since I started here and in my other online businesses, I dont go to Friendster that often anymore. I used to log in there everytime I am online, but now, I visit my account, maybe, 2 or 3 times a month or whenever I need to upload some pictures.. Also, some of my friends have also transferred to other paying sites, so there's not much to do there anyway..

Mylot is my first foray into the social site scene. So I don't know Friendster. Does it have a lot of old guys on it, or is it basically for kids?

I'm not even sure, but I think I have a Friendster account. I used to spend a lot of time on my myspace account though. Now not so much..lol

Friendster will always be Friendster as it started the social networking fad in the Philippines that is for what I know. However, myLot is kind of a more interactive site. A bit more of Friendster. For one, it has the nature of Friendster because we can meet new friends here, has an email, photo, blog. The only difference is that myLot has topics of interests for each member to start a discussion or just respond. I open up my friendster account once in a while if ever I get notification in my primary email.

We and along the others are riding in the same boat, the word is "addiction", long before I have been hooked to few forums like this mylot, it allows you to express yourself as well as generate opinions and views of other people, helps you learn in many ways, the bonus points here in mylot of course is you get paid. Although frequently, I did visit friendster to check photo updates and emails of my friends but I won't take long enough since I couldnt interact or do something better than the forums like here in mylot. Hence, I find myself being here in mylot for a long time than friendster and myspace.

Friendster doesn't have so much respond active as in here, some times i hate going to friendster and respond to some message. Really sucks.
