How should one person sieze an opportunity?

I think I am not a person who is good at catching the opportunity.I have several times seen the chances slide from my front and then regret for them.How many times I told myself I should sieze the chance!But sometimes I am just so undecisive and not albe to make a decison as soon as possible.So the next time I must keep this in mind--I should not hesitant more and should not yield to others more.I should grab the chances and do what I want to do.And being confident is very important.I should believe in myself even when others don't.I feels so shameful now!I lost an opportunity to get myself certificated just now.What a stupid thing I have done.I have prepared well and if I stand up and walk to the chance,I will succeed.But now I give the chance to other people who have not prepared so hard and make them succeed!
Be brave!Be confident!Be decisive!Step out first!Remember not to hesitant any more when faced with precious opportunities!

Do not beat yourself up so bad. We all make mistakes. I think that one of the main things that causes people to miss their season or opportunity is fear. What if I do this and it is not the right thing or what if I make the wrong move. When we miss it sometimes it take a while for it to come back around, but if we do not give up and keep on pressing forward you will get another opportunity.
