If you are an employee, how do you get along with your boss? Are you strictly conversing on professional basis or are things more loose?

me and my immediate supervisor are friends so pretty much we get along. we can talk anything under the sun so that's more on a personal conversation but of course when it comes to business that's when we go professional all the way. both our head supervisor on the other hand is a bit jolly boss & he makes sure we're having fun at the same time that we're in the office. but also when it goes down to business & we need to act what we are supposed to be. i guess that's what usually happens in a work environment. a boss would make sure that his employees are doing a good job & at the same time niot being stressed out. no matter how close you are to your boss there should always be a distance and that's what we call professionalism.

I have no issues with my boss. We are friends and co-workers. I have never had a problem with any of the "bosses" I have had.

We get along fine. We can talk, eat, discuss thing but only in the working field only. I don't want know his personal life and I also doesn't want him to know mine. It's more to working hours relationship between the boss and the employee.
