Hey there are these programs called randomizers where you pay $5 or more then you start getting payments of 5 or more in your paypal randomly. Is it a scam? I hear that some of them are...

most of those programs are just scams . please believe me . there is nothing like
luck getting a lot of 5$ many times through out our life for a couple of 5$ fees .
