"I have this Situation and I do not Know what I have to do with my Brother"

I have this situation that I really need some of your advice because this is what happened for me and my Brother that I am really confused on what are the things that I have to do: I sold my old Car from that company and I want to bought a new Car in which my Brother told that I do not have to bought or make new credit so that I could save and I do give the money that I sold to him as a partial payment for the used car of my Brother because I still do not want to make credit from the Bank for another salary deductions that would go through with an interest and after 2 months of using the car my Brother told me to bring the Car in the Shop for it needs a overhauling and when the Shop asked for a payment of 1,200KD and my Brother told me that I need to pay for it even without telling me that i have to pay unto it and from last night I open this to my wife and she told me to borrow a money and take a new car from the company and she told me to forget the car that I already give us a partial payment because she told me to forget it so that I would have a peace of mind.... Do u think my wife is right unto this matter... Please need your advice badly unto this part...///??????
