Beddy Byes

The last thing I do before going to bed is fix my coffeepot so it will have it all ready for me in the morning. I love a nice hot cup of coffee when I wake up, especially now that it's turned chilly!

Aw sweet dreams p1ke!! the last thing i do is brush my teeth, and put the tv on sllep mode so it turns off after an hour, when i will hopefully be sound asleep!! xxx

When I get ready to go to bed, I go to the bathroom, put on my nightshirt, tell Hubby I love him, get in bed, talk to Petey for a bit, get Morgana comfy on my legs and fall asleep. [b]~~IN SEARCH OF PEACE WITHIN~~ **AGAINST THE STORMS, I WILL STAND STRONG** [/b]

The last thing I do before I get comfy in bed is take my tablets, probably visit the bathroom and then obviously turn out the lights. Not something I could imagine you saying - off to bed. I thought you spent your whole time on here!!

Hi Piky,we all have our nightly routines ,but lol my routine does not include sticking my teeth in a mug either!!my routine varies ,I am not a night owl,usually I get too tired to stay up late,sometimes I think it would be great to be able to sit up late,but it will not seem to work for me,my peepers will not keep open!But last thing before I climb those wooden hills I make a cup of tea,multi tasking too,as the dog has to be let out at the same time,and then I take my little self and my latest novel off to bed,and that is how its done most nites for me.

Would that be the last thing we do before GETTING into bed ... or the last thing we do before we doze off? If it's the first, I brush my teef. If it's the second, I feel the clunk of my book falling on my nose. The last thing I hear is the sound of my husband piddling in the fernery ... which is the last thing HE does before he comes to bed ... Unfortunately.

The last thing I do before bed is turn off my computer,go to the bathroom,strip off all my clothes put them in the hamper and then go to my room and crawl into bed to fall into slumber. I know I should say my prayers every night but sometimes I forget.

Nighty Nite! I check to see that my alarm clock on my cell phone is set to the right time.

Pike how was your teethless - opps I mean sweet dreams . The last thing I do si kiss my daughter good night, turn off the night stand light and the TV and drift away into dreamland.

Depends on the night *sigh*. But I either engage in a strenuous heart pumping workout . Or I roll over and sigh heavily and complain that the TV is still on.

I kiss my son goodnight and tell him I love him! Then I am off to my bed and hopefully sleep! If the kitties join me I even give them a hug and kiss goodnight! What can I say. I am a mom to my animals too!

I pray to God. It completes my day and helps me rest better at night. I think I wake up refreshed the next day because I end my day communicating with my maker.

Hm, let's see, wash face and hands, brush teeth, take melatonin, brush hair, get in pjs, put psoriasis medication on, set alarm clock (unless it's a weekend), turn on fan (if hot), turn off light (unless still waiting for husband). Exciting,huh?

I put my personal cd player aside. Good night!

The very last thing I do is run into the corner of my desk, say an ugly word, wake hubby up, tell him it's ok, go back to sleep, then I crawl in bed. Yeah, you'd think I'd know the desk is there after all this time, wouldn't you? But, it is part of my nightly routine. If I don't do it, I can't sleep.*LOL* Ok, seriously, the last thing I do before I get into bed is make sure the closet door is closed.

Hi there p1kef1sh The very, very last thing I do before I go to bed at night is visit the bathroom! I hate waking in the middle of the night for a wee it is really annoying so I always make I go before I go to bed but apart from that I guess it would be, switch off the light! Night, night sleep tight!

i floss my teeth, have a pluck at my eyebrows and then jump into bed
