Climate change and global warming are the breaking news of the decade. The issue have been debated for long. Many scinetists have contradiceted findings of International Panel on Climate Change (IPCC). They believe that there are very less role of human in damaging the environment and the process of a very megere increase in global temperature over the last one century is noraml phenomena. Nothing to worry so much at this stage.
Yesterday some European Union countries demanded that the upcoming projects to tackle global warming by cutting carbon dioxide emission 20% in next 12 years, should be deferred due to the present worldwide financial crisis.
Environmenet will take its toll irrespective what the scientists contradicts, countries think or the worldwide finacial crisis. It is this generation's responsibilty to ensure the earth is left unharmed for the future generations to survive here.
The climate issue is for every one and beyond any boarder, race, religion, cast or belief. The issue is for humankind and all creatures on this earth

Climate change is a big issue nowadays but there are even bigger issues like food production and pollution. The quality of life has gone down and many people live like animals. This is really worse than global warming and climate change.

There are theories that the human effect started about 2000 years ago when humans started creating rice paddies in certain parts of the world and the swamp type gases produced in these paddies is a much more potent green house gas than carbon dioxide even though it is produced in smaller quantity. So the only real solution is population reduction which the environmentalists have already started on by getting many countries in the world to use biomass for fuel instead of food and thus driving up food costs to a point where the starvation is resulting in some countries where people can no longer afford the cost of food.

Controlling population is a very difficult task. Only by law it is not possible in many countries, Chian may have suceeded but many country will not. In some country popilation growth is negativ and in some is still more than 3 to 5%.
Increase awareness o consequenecs of uncontrolled growth population is the best ways of controlling population.

That is really true, the few centigrade increase has made lots of changes in the environment already some major catastrophes were created by these meager increase in temperature. It has already melted some of the polar ice caps that for centuries were not happening. Don't they think that as a major event already or are they waiting for New York be flooded and that is the time they would say that there is Global problem about Climate change.

Yes. It should not be too late, before we or our leaders realize that global warming is not a hypothetical issue, it is a real problem. We may not experience the effect but the generation to come will suffer. After few hundreds year, world's map will be changed, few countries along equitorial region will not be their in world's map anymore.
