is the boiling water is they way of cleaning it?

ALways heard it was the only way to get the bad stuff out . Have read that if you go to another country andnot sure of teh water boil it before drinking and you wont get sick!

The only way I know of cleaning water is by filtering it, or boiling it as it kills any kind of bacteria there maybe in it..perhaps someone else maybe able to help on that one...littleowl

Yes it is a good way of sterilizing it. No need to buy fancy expensive gadgets.

they always tell you to do that if they think that the water has been contaminated but i still wouldnt trust it lol

yes that usual way of cleaning water or anything else. you can also buy a special filtering system. but most people cant afford it. like culigan or pur.

This has been the method for many years, I think it is a good way of killing most germs and such and I think if you can avoid adding chemicals to the water to do this then all the better...

I think having a water filter would help it also to clean the water and making it boiling is one of the way to make it clean especially for drinking water...

yeah thats why when theres a boil order you have to boil the water...but just to be on the safe side i go buy water and when the order is over I run all the faucets for twenty minutes...just in case the water is still nasty.
