I cry and cry a lot, and I pray even more. Luckily, I have a very supportive boyfriend who never fails to make me laugh and is an extremely positive person. And I always try to remember there are other people who most likely have it a lot worse than I do.

I write alot of poems but mostly songs. I try to express everything with music since I feel it's the only way for me to try and cope with the things in my life. It helps but not as much as I wish it did. Sometimes it's just easier to write than to end up doing something I will regret.

Share your problems with your friends/ close ones. That will reduce the stress on you. Sorrow becomes half when it is shared and joy doubles when you share it.

The best way to cope is to keep busy by having more than one interest. Especially if your other interests are a source of income you wont overwhelm yourself with the situation thats bothering you

Lots and lots of prayer. I cry out to God to help me and listen to praise and worship songs. I also fellowship with other Christians. God Bless

I listen to really cheesy music, like Journey, hahahahaha it lifts my spirits and just makes life seem so trivial sometimes... of ocurse when it's something very serious, I write about it, vent, relax... and if i could find more time like i used to have, take a long walk.

I stress until I get sick, sure it's not the healthiest way to cope with problems but it's pretty hard to contol that. Actually I like to listen to music, design, watch a good movie... things like that to get my attention off of the problem for a little bit.

I plot a way to survive through it, and to make my life better, and the lives of those around me better. I do my best to be positive, choose a few very close friends to vent to, and release my emotions that way asking for prayer, healing, and support. Usually as long as I have someone to talk to I am just fine. - DNatureofDTrain
