should kerry say he's sorry

kerry said that if you work hard in school and try to be smart that you'll do ok but if you don't you'll end up in iraq. should he say he's sorry or stick with that it was a bad joke to president bush

Of course he should say he's sorry. He insulted the miliary. He's saying that they're unintelligent. What he said was so stupid and I still can't believe he said it.
