Hi BYOLA, I don't know with other Country but in my COuntry, I would say the leaders of our government are to be blamed because a lot are corrupt and at the same time, I can also blame some of the people who are accepting money from these politicians during election in exchange of their votes! Complicated life!

i believe that corruption is not something that is actually peculiar toa particular region but something thatis part of every country or region irrespective of colour or race we all jsut need to know what we are doing besides politicians are not trustworthy people becaus ethya all come with some promises or some sweet words just to get people"s approval and when theyget to the post the storychanges and a lot of things start to play themselves out even the ones who are genuinely sincere will not be sincere again once they get to the office

It's due to bad decisions, and greed. We as citizens take part in it too. The price of oil, anf the fact the china is starting to use more of it is not only affecting our economy, but just about every other countries. Americans live and depend on oil. This is our problem when other countries don't even have cars! We need to slow down on the consumption of oil, and maybe things will work out for the better a bit

yes i agree with you that bad decisions do have a lot to do with all thisthings but at the same time i think everyone of us have their own share of the proble and we all just need to throw away our greedand be a little more positive and see how things will work out
