Yearly appraisal

At last i got my appraisal yesterday. Normally my appraisal will be on every years April month. Because of many reasons my appraisal was postponed. Even then i am not getting arrears for six months due to current world market. I am happy that our company not removed any one till now. What about your company? Please share your opinion.

I have not gotten one either at the job I'm at. I've been here one year and ten days. They said that on my one year mark I was going to get a promotion and a pay raise, but unfortunately it did not materialize. It's unfortunate, but as you said I am glad just to have a job.
