Sky News presenter Kay Burley has made an allegation of harassment against Barry George, the man acquitted of Jill Dando's murder, the BBC understands. Should this man be free to murder another presenter?

hi ronald-he should go to jail anyone who harrasses another person and has a record of suspicion of another criminal offense-especially murder- ought to be put away so as not to be of anymore threat to anyone else...there seems to be very little justice in the system when it comes to things like this and it befounds me how people like him can get away with it...littleowl

Barry George did stalk and harrass Jill Dando, but he was wrongly convicted of her murder and that's why he was released. I never thought he was a murderer. He is a somehwat inadequate man with mental problems, but I don't believe he is a real danger to anyone. It is sad, if it is true, that he is harrassing another TV presenter, and of course she can use the law to protect her by taking out an injuction against him. I have read some quite convincing reports that Dando was killed by a paid assassin on behalf of terrorists, in retaliation for a TV station being destroyed by British troops during the Balkan conflict.
