Have you tried out paid to sign up?Fooled by any of those ?

I tried some sites which pay for signing up with other sites.I thought they will pay me for that but they specified that i must do signing up to atleast 20 sites to be paid a 10 cent.I was absolutely fed up writing sign up forms.I did not like to be paid low for my hard work so i left those.
