what can i use instead of guar gum in gluten free bread

all the recipes i found for gluten free bread calls for guar gum. I can't have corn which is basically what guar gum is made out of. i can't have potatoes or wheat either. what is a good substitute for the guar gum?

i heard that i can substitute 2 to 3 eggs for the guar gum called for in the recipe. has anyone else tried this? would that work?
