Hi, everyone I dont drive yet, I typically use the bus or a cab when I want or need to go somewhere but this question is to those of you who do drive and of course everyone is welcome to share there views and experience's. so I'm curious to know with today's crazy gas price's do you still drive your car or do you use other forms of transportation.

Hello apples99 I mainly use my car for shopping and taking my kids to school if it is raining. I don't pick them up in the car if it is raining as there is no where to park and it doesn't matter if they get wet on the way home because they get changed out of their wet clothes straight away. I also use my car to visit people but only during the kids holidays like we have one next week so I shall take the kids to visit my parents. Anyway I don't think I use my car too much that it makes a lot of difference to me.

I still drive my car in spite of the price of gasoline because it's hard to commute if you're not use to it anymore. Also, the convenience of being able to tag along your family with you to go anywhere without the hassle of waiting or lining up for a bus is enough reason for me to use my car. By the way the price of gasoline is going down now steadily if you haven't noticed. Cheers!

Hi Apples! i have been driving for nearly six years now and i can't believe how much the price of petrol has risen since i learned to drive! I still drive my car, i very rarely used public transport, i don't have a long commute to work and can walk into town from where i live so i don't ever really drive that far unless i am going to visit friends back in my hometown, and i don't get the chance to do it very often! i hope prices come down soon though because i do worry that it will get to the point where i can't afford to drive my car anymore, which would be a shame because i love driving!! xxx

Hi, there. where I live some people are actually pushing there cars to the gas pumps because they couldn't afford to fill up there gas tank and they ran out of gas before they reached the pumps, where I live everything is spread out so you have to have a lot of gas to get around your lucky you can still drive where you are. thanks for your responds.

hi apples, ive been driving since i was 16, so about 8 years and the price has risen so much, but all for no reason as well which is what really ticks me off. our gas in canada shouldnt be rising considering we're using it from our own country yet because of the trade act we sell it to the states and pay double for our own gas, its such a scam!! everything about gas is a scam, but as much as i complain i still drive. it would be weird not to drive

Im living in a town, which is too small for public transportation and too big for walking lol. I use car all the time, I couldnt live without it. I cant stand public transportation, maybe cabs but thats it. of course things would be different If I lived in a bigger town, then i would use buses or train, right now i dont have to and Im quite happy with it lol
